This course aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants to conduct Traffic Management operations. Australian standards require state certification for people performing Traffic Control duties.

The course is conducted as a one-day session, consisting of theory and practical training and competency assessment.

  • Participants must be 16 years of age
  • Provide proof of identity prior to testing
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear
  • Be proficient in English
    • Identify any areas where participants may need additional support
    • Minimum written and /or oral English level Identify whether student's physical attributes may influence their ability to complete the training and assessment tasks (Reasonable adjustment required).



At successful completion of this course a Statement of Attainment will be issued to students, reflecting the National unit of competency achieved.
