Duration

Classes are conducted for two days per week over 12 months.

• Times: 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Course Ratio: Minimum 10 participants.

• Line Haul Driver
• Local Heavy General Freight Driver
• General Construction Worker
• Rural Industry Worker
• Warehousing and Delivery Operator

Elements of Qualification

Certificate III in Driving Operations consists of 15 units of competency.

Successful completion of 15 Units of Competency. Consisting of:

• Five Core Units
• 1 driver awareness elective unit from the driver awareness elective units
• Nine general elective units
• Upto three of the elective units may be selected from any relevant nationally endorsed training package or accredited course.

TLI31222	Certificate III in Driving Operations

An appointment must be made for an interview to establish suitability.

• held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
